Our amazing journey over the last 25 years has obviously helped us prove steady growth. Though times have been challenging, as in the case of every entrepreneur, ours was no different either. Yet we made things very simple and began with simple and ideal principles. Our growth is attributed to family members, who play a vital role in excellence. We have pursued our principles with total integrity and reaped the benefits of it, and now we are known for building smart and future-ready infrastructure.
2000-2005
The Groundbreaking Phase
Our industrial structure in Peenya, Bangalore, was let out to a well-known textile and garment manufacturing industry.
Built 115,000 sqft large-scale facility with ample space for manufacturing, storage, and operations, and continues to support their business growth, forging stable collaboration.
Long-term partnership displayed to this day, established trusted relationships founded on quality and mutual transparency.
2005-2010
Solidifying Our Reputation
In 2008, provided another industrial structure operating at Nelamangala, Bangalore, to the same garment industry client.
Provided a 200,000 sqft, structured facility with wider space for manufacturing, storage, and administrative operations, which supports growth and a steady expansion process.
Demonstrates strong, long-lasting partnerships fostering thriving business relationships.
2010-2015
Scaling New Heights
In 2012, built our first warehouse at Nelamangala for a reputed electronics company to a size of 130,000 sqft, the largest warehouse in Karnataka for them.
This tailored project has the latest updated systems of panels, latching, and air conditioning.
Meticulous planning, flawless execution, and the continued trust of our clients are paramount to our growth and success, helping us stay competitively ahead.
2015-2020
Redefining Infrastructure With Innovation
In 2016, we built another warehouse at Nelamangala, offering 104,000 sqft., supporting the growth of the client.
In 2019, we built a 50,000 sqft warehouse for a reputed sports apparel company providing modern racking systems.
This period marks a milestone growth in scale, trust, and long-term partnerships by supporting diverse industries and individual requirements.
2020-2025
Towards a Future Ready Vision
We successfully entered the cold storage sector by designing a 130,000 sqft cold storage warehouse, the largest in South India.
Our G+2 racking system has given us a cutting edge to maximize efficiency and capacity to provide specialized infrastructure solutions.
This ideal entry highlights compliance with ever-evolving market needs.
After 2025
Future Ready Growth
Our upward trend growth points to an indication of larger growth and commitment to entering future-ready sectors with no inhibitions.
Our future target is to expand productivity to 2 million sq.ft. in the next five years.
